Sweet: Coffee Cashew Butter Overnight Oats

You will need:

  • 2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Pili & Pino Cashew Butter
  • 1 tsp maple or coconut nectar syrup
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1-2 tsp instant coffee or espresso powder, adjust amount to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large jar or container.
  2. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Seal jar and leave in refrigerator for six hours or overnight.
  4. Once ready, serve and enjoy!

Want to make this kid-friendly? Remove instant coffee or replace with cocoa powder.
